Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of Jamelle. I first got to know Jamelle when the northside of W. Broadway attended DuPont Elementary. One of my earliest memories is when Julia offered to take me home after school, but she had to run by the house first to get Jamelle's dancing shoes. I kept saying I needed to call home and let them know where I was and Julia said we are getting ready to leave. Well, the housekeeper at my home thought I had been kidnapped and had called my Dad at work about the time I finally arrived home. We met again in high school and pledged together. I have some fond memories of our times together in high school. Pam Lester Anderson and I were talking recently about something that she and Jamelle did in high school and I laughed so much I was in tears. It was the first time I had heard the story. Jamelle touched so many lives and she will live on in all our hearts and memories! May the comfort and love of friends and family help you through this very difficult time.

I'm very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I also remember how strong-spirited Jamelle was. She reminds me of how much strength we really have inside of us to face all of life's challenges. I wanted you to know I was thinking of you and my thoughts and prayers are with you both.
Lots of love always, Jackie

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother.
Jamelle was one of my favourite Bayer colleagues and I will miss her greatly but will always remember her very fondly. I admired her tremendous spirit in this fight and just loved all of our chats! She was a champion!
I am sorry that I couldn't be with you yesterday but at 11 am EST I toasted her star with champagne on my flight back to NZ.
My thoughts are with you both and your family
Sincerely
Jill
I am so sorry to hear of Jamelle's passing. I was a "Baby Jeep" with her, so of course I have many fond memories of that time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Kate and Ashley and family
Please accept my sincere sympathy on the loss of your dear mother, Jamelle. I knew her through work at Bayer. I always thought of her as someone that was full of life and spirit. She fought through so much during the past several years and her lively spirit kept her going when many others would have given up. May you memories of her love of you sustain you.

I met jamelle at the bridge table and for the past dozen years she has been a nice friend to see at the tournaments we frequented. I'm sorry to hear of her passing. I know the joy of having had her in your life will make up for the loss you are feeling now. On behalf of her many bridge friends and us, we offer our condolences.
Posted by paul & lee johnson at June 16, 2005 03:21 PMVery sorry to hear the news about Jamelle. I knew her back in our "teen years". I was the paperboy for the Hopewell News and enjoyed talking with her and my girlfriend at the time, Pam Djiovanidis, who lived right up around the curve. I was a year ahead of them in school. Great summertime memories of hanging out with them (flirting I guess you would call it) when I should have been delivering papers !! Again, very sorry to hear her passing. Prayers with you and your family. Regards, Rudy Glass
